We are looking for a CTO / Technology Visionary and Operations Manager / Big Thinker to join our executive management team to take the company forward in its technological innovations.

We are looking for a CTO, who regardless of the size of the company, has the ability to understand the needs of the company as a business and understand how those needs can be met through technology.

We are looking for a CTO who is internally focused as well as externally focussed:

He/She is a visionary; product leader; technical architect, or the most insightful technical/product person in the company, who doesn't mind to have the overhead of managing the development team . He/She is also the technical founder who will run the development effort but as the company grows, can bring in a VP Engineering to oversee the development efforts.

He/She is technically strong, articulate and persuasive. He/she will represent the company from a product standpoint with customers, analysts, industry conferences, etc.

Our CTO shall be responsible for determining how technology can be used to implement the business strategy. This is the - technology visionary- aspect of the role. But then subsequently, the CTO is responsible for actually integrating and running the technology, i.e. the role of the - operations manager.-

Big Thinker - Our CTO will spend his/her time evaluating how technology can be used internally to develop new business models and business lines, and how to preempt competitor's attempts to use technology to disrupt the markets. The responsibilities include advanced technology, competitive analysis, technology assessment, prototyping lab, partnering, planning, and architecture standards.
