The Proposal Writer - Bid Management will be a part of the India based Presales Services organization. Job responsibilities : 1. Draft proposal responses to the questions asked in RFx documents; 2. Sanity check to ensure usage of up-to-date content, images, figures, and statistics;accurate in terms of grammar, punctuation, language, usage, and style 3. Align win themes, differentiators, and value propositions properly incorporated throughout the proposal 4. Liaise and coordinate efficiently with team members - solution design team, bid managers, other proposal writers, and creative design services team to ensure that reviews are submitted in a timely manner 5. Be one of the custodians of the proposal quality tool used by the team 6. Be the go-to person to put together answers to questions that have not been previously encountered by referring to several GEP content sources and repositories 7. Edit and update pre-existing standard content - manage knowledge management repository Job requirements : - Good Procurement knowledge with exceptional verbal and written communication skills including editing, proofreading and interviewing - Ability to write concise and comprehensible content from existing collaterals & inputs from various stakeholders - Good research skills and ability to assimilate information from various sources - Ability to provide constructive feedback to proposal managers and guide them to improve their writing skills - Good knowledge of business, commercial and legal terminologies and appropriateness of use - Ability to pay close attention to detail and quality Education (Mandate) : - MBA (Preferable) or Post Graduate or a Science graduate with excellent writing skills Minimum mandated requirement : - Minimum 2 - 4 years of Business writing and editing experience, preferably in a procurement pre-sales setup - Good understanding of U.S./ UK English styles Experience : 2 to 6 years Location : Airoli, Mumbai
