Hiring for Lead - Supplier Enablement

Job Description :

- Working with the project and client procurement teams to define supplier enablement strategy, including supplier categorization, preferred buying channels, supplier onboarding and contract management, through to analysis and reporting

- Support suppliers in creating their catalogues through catalogue validation activities

- Participate on development and management of the Supplier Enablement Project Plan

- Leading Forum Meetings for suppliers to be onboarded

- Continually build trust relationships with customers and suppliers

- Establish and manage loyal relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts

- Translate client business requirements for internal technical team (Product Management Teams) and ensure that the product/service is delivered to the client per requirements and timeline

- Document the to be enablement process

- Display deep knowledge of GEP products and markets and deliver demos when needed

- Working with the procurement team to identify suppliers across countries

Requirements :

- Excellent communication skills, as you'll have daily contact with customers and suppliers

- Reliable self-starter with the capability of following up with outstanding activities

- Proven ability to use Excel to plan daily activities as well as plan and monitor reports, validate data and critically approach data

- The capacity to organize, host and follow up meetings/forums involving various stakeholders

- Meet and exceed all service level requirements and drive exceptional client satisfaction

- Understand client business requirements, suggest and negotiate a technical resolution and deliver solutions while delighting the customer

- Energetic, creative and ready to work on different projects simultaneously

- And, importantly, the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-moving and growing environment

- Recommends solutions by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, database security, data back-up, and recovery specifications.

- Analysis of the spend data provided by customer

- Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, evaluating existing systems and familiar with JAD process

- Document requirements / feedback in Requirements and Feedback Document

- Follow process, update weekly status and have weekly 1-1 with Project Leader / Project Manager
