Geography HR Head - FMCG/Retail/BFSI - South

- 7-8 experience as generalist in Manpower intensive organisation excluding IT & manufacturing.

- FMCG/Retail/Insurance/Banking industry experience desirable.

- MBA from good institute

- Should have solid experience of employee engagement and hiring.

- Responsible for handling 800 people in 5-6 states across various businesses.

- Travelling required 20 days in a month.
