Genpact - Senior Manager - HR Generalist (5-8 yrs)
Job Responsibility:
- Supporting the entire gamut of HR operations, systems and programs for an average of 400-500 employees across various client accounts.
- Managing the entire life-cycle of an employee for the Business Unit - right from recruitment & integration to the separation/exit.
- Plan & implement cost-control measures for the organization through efficient bench management, effective recruitment forecast and manpower planning.
- Responsible for Coaching & Mentoring of employees including career counseling & addressing performance issues.
- Core responsibilities include Career Planning & Development and Employee Engagement, Talent Retention, Performance Appraisal
- Comprehension of policies legislation and utilizing expert resources (Ombudsperson/legal) when needed to ensure policy adherence,
- Working with floor managers to understand, respond & address employee concerns in regards to compensation & performance.
Work experience background required:
Years of experience: Professionals with 5-8 years of work experience with a strong soft skills, Analytical capability, Result orientation and Team facilitation skills.
