Roles and Responsibilities-
- Will be responsible to handle the recruitment process guidelines along with conducting recruitment activities.
- Provide recruitment administrative support and analysis globally, manage candidate and requisition data for in scope processes.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
- Responsible for maintaining internal database.
Requirement:
- 2.5 + years of relevant experience, ideally in an HR or Analytics recruitment based role.
- Preferred experience in managing large scale volume hiring.
- Preferred experience in managing a team of recruiters or HR professionals.
- Deep understanding of the requirements of an Analytics, Finance & knowledge based organization.
- Experience in an international professional services organization preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all organizational levels.
- Autonomous, ability to manage ambiguity.
- Active team player with strong organizational, analytically and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and poise; fluent in English (oral and written).
- Flexible with Shifts.
