This role will be the key responsible person for managing the digital analytics initiatives for the team. This would include analyzing the clickstream data, online campaign analytics and provide actionable insights to the team to enhance customer experience and improve leads through digital channels. The person would also be instrumental in recommending new tools, integration of online and offline data to provide a 360 degree view of the customer.  Job Responsibility:  1. Effective use of Google Analytics – setting up of goals and looking at micro conversions  2. Online campaign analysis  3. Tool recommendations  4. Integrating Google Analytics with marketing automation tools.  5. prior experience in working with the business and defining the KPIs to help create a digital strategy.
