Professional Qualification (Eg: CPA/ CFA):

- Experience in leading teams ,Team management skills and ability to energize the floor, Team Management role for 5+ years

- Should have managed people span of 10-15 team members including Team Member & Team Leaders

- Ability to liaise with key business unit stakeholders

- Strong people-development and -management abilities

- Strong Leadership skills and Communication

- Positive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and an open mind to change

- High energy, strong influencing skills

- Customer centric, with Good interpersonal skills

- Ability to meet deadlines & work effectively with high quality levels

- Well versed with MS PowerPoint, Excel

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent communication/ presentation skills

Job Responsibility:

- Engage & work with key internal and external stakeholders in a matrixed relationship from C&B, Staffing, Training and HRSS

- Ability to operate independently & ensure Associate satisfaction & development of the direct reports

- Create and deploy the Genpact Performance Management, Reward and Recognition practices

- Training and mentoring and leading HR initiatives and Best Practices.

- Direct interaction with the customer and Client Management skills
