Genpact - Manager/Senior Manager - Trainer - BFSI Domain (6-12 yrs)
Work location: Hyderabad
Shift window: US
- To independently handle all the training deliverable of the teams and acting as an complete training lead for the account.
- Basic knowledge on stock exchanges, financial products like equities, bonds, mutual funds etc.
- Monitor resource performance and collaborating with Operations and Functional leaders, Subject Matter Experts and organize any training needed as per requirement.
- Doing a regular TNI and working on the developments identified accordingly.
- To Manage Knowledge transfer for any new accounts including daily, weekly report-outs with critical stakeholders + managing the team.
- Ensuring SOP completion during transition phase and regular updation of SOPs.
- Creating, tracking and maintaining records on the Learning Paths for new hires.
Skill Set
- Excellent Communication Skills - both written and verbal
- Experienced in taking Com Skills Training
- Good skills on MS office
