Job Description :
- Managing end to end AP/P2P process.
- SAP/ERP experience preferred.
- Ensure to maintain TAT within agreed SLA. Also ensure all AP metrics are - Green-
- Reporting and Analysis on KPI metrics biz, Paid on time (POT) analysis, First Pass Yield (FPY), PO penetration etc.
- Leading teams of various profiles i.e
- Invoice processing (PO, Non PO, EDI),
- Payment (Check, ACH via SAP)
- AP Help-desk (Inbound and outbound query calls) for US and other locations.
- Quality control team
- Vendor management (Vendor maintenance includes vendor addition, change, deletion etc.)
- Weekly review of payment proposals (high value, critical vendors etc.) and provide approvals.
- Vendor statement reconciliation on regular basis.
- Leading and Managing team of outbound and inbound calls and report to management on daily basis.
- Responsible for interviewing staff and providing them applicable training, including SAP
- Audited, verified and reviewed invoices including auditing for sales tax and/or use tax liabilities.
- Successfully led remote transitions of various locations of A/P from 5 different business units and several regions.
- Document productivity, and look for areas of improvement, suggest and implement ideas within the process
- Managing staff of 16+ reviewed work, perform reviews, and coach staff on problem solving
- Performed the daily check run reconciliation.
- Monthly one on one with subordinates, providing feedback, issues discussion, providing resolution as per policies and document them with action plan.
- Major involvement in month end activities and other related activities to ensure smooth closing
- Monthly Dashboard preparation and reporting.
- Publishing Weekly QC dashboard
- Responsible for quality output for AP related activities.
Salary range - 6-15 LPA
