Training Role JD
- To independently handle all the training deliverables of the teams under BAU and acting as an complete training lead for the account
- To ensure CLS adherence, PKT, No Audit Defects on LPs, LTOs, NHO etc
- Doing a regular TNI and working on the developments identified accordingly
- Preparing and publishing dashboard with internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting meetings/trainings etc as needed
- Closely monitor the new hires and help in filling the knowledge gaps
- Implement PKTs, Learning Paths, LTOs via I Learn
- Monitor resource performance and collaborating with Operations and Functional leaders, Subject Matter Experts and organize any training needed as per requirement
- To Manage Knowledge transfer for any new accounts including daily, weekly report-outs with critical stakeholders + managing the team in BAU/Transition
- To ensure seamless Knowledge Transfer for all assigned IDCO processes from client location to Genpact Locations in BAU/Transition phase
- To work with client's and L&D team in developing the L&D strategy for Knowledge transfer To create Learning Path for employees with internal/external stake holders
- Ensuring SOP completion during transition phase and regular updation of SOPs during BAU stage
- Establish and maintain the knowledge management framework in a BAU Stage by regular updation of Process Documents
- Creating, tracking and maintaining records on the Learning Paths for new hires
- Basic knowledge on stock exchanges, financial products like equites, bonds, mutual funds etc
Skill Set
- Excellent Communication Skills - both written and verbal
- Experienced in taking Com Skills Trainings
- Good skills on MS office
Salary range - 6-15 LPA
