Qualifications

- Graduate / Post-Graduate with 5 -7 years of experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Solutioning / Bid Management / Pre-Sales support

- Minimum 3 years of Subject matter experience in one of Infrastructure structure services (End User Computing, Cloud, Compute, Security, Database services)

- Project Management / Green Belt / ITIL certification desirable

- Valid Passport

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Liaise with various functions like Practice / Subject Matter Experts, BD, Pricing, Technology, Legal and HR to create a viable solution

- Prepare the scope of service, RFP/RFI responses, structure service level agreements, integrate the process maps for the proposals

- Continuously build insights, reusable components and best practices across deals

- Provide subject matter expertise in Infrastructure structure services (End User Computing, Cloud, Compute, Security, Database services)

Essential:

- Strong communication, bid proposal writing and presentation skills

- Demonstrable experience of building solutions and providing pre sales support

- History of collaborating closely and effectively with delivery, operations, and practice teams in building solutions and competency building scenarios

- 2-3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Solutioning / Bid Management / Pre-Sales support
