Focus of the Function:
- To drive Finance Transformation across PTP for one of our client through identification and implementation of opportunities and sharing of best practices.
How is this role unique from others:
- The role holder needs to have strong domain knowledge in PTP within the Life Sciences / CG industry as well as understand the interdependencies with other F&A Processes.
What are the minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role:
- Strong domain knowledge on AP and Procurement across multiple accounts / industries
- Experience in Leading and executing Projects
- Understanding of operational framework
- Experience of conducting Sol-Ids / transitions
- Graduation in commerce/ accountancy

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Work with the PMO to ensure that the Projects are delivered within budgets and timelines Building competencies in the team to offer differentiated solutions
- Identify build, implement Transformation / Harmonization/Standardization roadmap in line with client's Finance Transformation vision
- Develop and manage governance around customer and Genpact communications with regards to Transformation agenda.
- Build/ maintain relationships with key stakeholder to enable higher customer satisfaction and delivered business impact
- Drive sharing best practices across poles to replicate ideas and drive productivity, process efficiency and compliance standards
- Work as the Single Points of Contact for the customer to define and execute on end-to-end process improvement ideas
- Support analysis on process non compliance with respect to Operations and suggest remedial measures
Essential:
- 12 years + experience of working with large organizations in a similar role
