Genpact - AVP - S2P Solution Lead

- Lead Solutioning & Pre-Sales efforts for global deals including responsible for driving Revenue growth across competitive and sole-source pursuits

- Ensure quality and adequate thought leadership in Solutions,Create IP and original artifacts that would feed into continually improving solution qualities leveraging external breathing and Virtual Expertise on a regular basis

- Proactive proposal building for Mining Accounts,Collaborate with account teams to fast pace solution responses and steady follow through for Sole Source pursuits

- Setting up the right RFX infrastructure,Create repeatable/re-usable assets that leads to improved effectiveness in solutions at higher through-put rates

- Bring in deep domain knowledge in S2P in solutions shaping up value propositions in line with Client Objective with robust commercial and operating models with the right levels of differentiation

- Ability to manage Solutions that require Sourcing/Category Intelligence and Technology platforms - creating the optimal techno-commercial constructs

- Benchmark solutions with leading Industry Best practices and measurement systems to monitor efficiency of the Solution Teams and effectiveness of responses

- Ability to work with Alliances and Channel Partners and co-create winning value propositions

Required Skills :

- Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at CXO level and ability to influence those stakeholders

- High Analytical / reasoning skills, should be commercially savvy

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power Point

- Past experience in leading big Procurement Solutions

- Strong understanding of procurement processes/systems and technology, in particular Sourcing, eProcurement. eSourcing, e-Auctions, Contract Databases and transaction - eProcurement- catalogue systems

- Proven track record of driving change in people and processes, with strong project management, implementation and process improvement skills - Knowledgeable in S2P Tech applications

- Proven team working skills and should have worked / managed global/virtual and diverse teams

- Data driven action orientated, with strong reporting, data analysis, presentation skills, and organizational abilities
