Key Deliverables from the role :  - Lead, improvise and design the overall talent development and management strategy for the aligned analytics business vertical, including driving inclusion strategy for new teams acquired through mergers or acquisitions.  - Team Span : ACOE business vertical (Approx 1000-1200 employees)  Key Responsibilities would include :  - Develop overall learning & development vision (for the business vertical).  - Formulate the annual talent development & management strategy for the business vertical in consultation with different business leaders, HR and finance teams.  - Drive employee connect initiatives to gather floor feedback and employee requirements.  - Own, manage and execute all related external vendor/education partner tie-ups, negotiating contracts, vendor empanelment, closure of MOUs in consultation with the legal and finance team.  - Ensure accuracy of all external payments to third parties and internal payouts to employees.   - Ensure proper budget spends by working out innovative and employee-friendly reimbursement and sponsorship policies for related courses.  - Devise effective talent inclusion strategy for new accounts/teams added as a result of merger or acquisition.   - Conducting focused program need identification for aligned ACOE business verticals and ensuring adequate program spread across businesses and locations.   - Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions/training vendors for delivery effective learning/training interventions.  - Conceptualize, create and conduct new competency development programs for analytics team verticals basis identified business need.  - Conduct business demographic and competency study to identify - critical- business skills that are trainable and can be groomed internally  - Conduct cost benefit analysis for various hiring and training models to ensure profitability  - Capture skill-wise business demand and plan for supply through internal talent resourcing.  - Manage, monitor and measure performance for all existing L&D programs   - Support in running smooth of business trainings programs for manufacturing analytics and other key clients- .  - Support new transition accounts in terms of pre-process trainings, documentation support, SOP creation, client reporting and displaying high training efficiency and effectiveness.  - Manage any training & development projects implemented on the site;   - Drive training efficiency and effectiveness metrics.  - Maintain internal strategic relationships with key stakeholders, operations and external training teams  How does this role add value :  A business vertical role is a high priority and critical role for analytics as well as the organization as a whole.
