Genpact - AVP - IT Sourcing

Essential Functions/ Role:

- Negotiations of Alliance/Partnership contracts with diverse IT platform service providers like Ariba, OB10, Automation Anywhere, Blue-Prism, Right Answers etc.

- Negotiations for SAAS based contracts with providers like SFDC, Amazon, Successfactors, Jive, Amazon, Azure, Netsuite, Taleo etc.

- Managing global IT/Telecom contracts with International suppliers for supply and support of Hardware / Software / Bandwidth etc.This would require working across diverse functions like IT/Legal/Finance/Taxation etc

Key Performance Parameters:

- Subject Matter Expertise (Reasonable understanding of IT/Telecom function and ability to relate the same with the commercials.

- Exposure to dealing with IT/Telecom contracts with global suppliers. Understanding of key requirements of a global IT/Telecom contract .

- Ability to work across diverse functions with no geographical restrictions, Open to traveling domestic / international .
