Specific Competence (Essential)

- Domain expertise in F&A function especially R2R (reconciliation/closing and reporting)

Description

- The role exposes the individual to work directly with Operations/Business, provides an opportunity to build deep domain and industrial expertise and be a part of the team which would build the grounds of leadership in Genpact.

- Provides opportunity to work in cross-functional environment where domain expertise come to the fore more often, gives exposure to senior stakeholders - internal and external.

- The Domain Training and Industrial Expertise Lead in Genpact is responsible for owning and developing the domain and industrial expertise in the Industrial and Manufacturing Services (IMS) vertical.

- Develop domain expertise training and certifications for F&A domains such as Record to Report (R2R), Source to pay (S2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and any other domain that may be identified jointly with businesses as being key to the success of the IMS vertical.

- Support Operations and HR team in providing trained resource pool at lower costs through Gateway and Build (GWB) programs

- Cater to demand for F&A resources in the hospitality industry through the Hospitality Academy for Accountants (HAA).

- Help build the Industrial Expertise through tie ups with vendor partners through class room/online trainings.

- The role would require flexibility in terms of work hours, travel and possible assignments at another Genpact or Client location

- Lead domain and industrial expertise training for key accounts at IMS across sites including Hyderabad, NCR, Kolkata, Jaipur.

- Identify gaps in the domain/industry knowledge and develop programs and certifications to bridge the gap.

- Key metrics would be # of resources domain certified, # and % of resources required provided through GWB, # of resources required in the hospitality industry provided through the hospitality academy.

- To support businesses manage knowledge effectively, upskill of employees in terms of domain, provide industry trained resources at lower cost to business
