Combination of associates and managers  - Must have the ability to collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to create & commercialize existing and new product offerings  - Manage project to achieve/exceed proposal P&L expectations  - Leverage lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement  - Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand and escalate performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps  - Proactively understand Clients- business need and propose appropriate solutions  - Manage engagement staffing levels to deliver against client revenue  Desired Profile :  - Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required. CA/MBA would be preferred  - Should have managed team in F&A processes for at least 10 years   - Excellent knowledge of accounting should have good understanding and experience in end to end accounting process.
