Taleo ID - COR004578 ; Recruiter - Sheetal Lal  In this role, you will drive advisory services in Digital technologies including Advanced/Emerging technology stack of Social, Mobile and Big Data & Analytics for global clients. You will lead digital transformation engagements on specific client accounts and be a trusted advisor to key client stakeholders and Genpact teams. You will be called upon to provide objective, well-informed, and pragmatic recommendations regarding architecture, design, technology and operational implementation options. In defining and driving transformation for client engagements, you will extensively collaborate with Tech Architects, Lead Solution Architects, Process SMEs, Sales and Operations leaders and Industry Analysts.  Responsibilities:  - Help win new deals, coach and mentor existing account teams to move along the value chain and provide consulting expertise to customers in Digital technologies.   - Lead digital transformation engagements  - Straddle multiple roles involved in building a consulting practice including commercial and operating models, business development, client relationship management, team building, mentorship and project oversight   - Work with Sales and Relationship team to create commercial proposals for existing and new clients  - Lead client-site Diagnostics and Transformation initiatives, act as Coach and Mentor to the Genpact and Client teams  - Represent the practice in in public forums. Conceptualize and develop thought leading content   - Contribute to developing and executing on the global strategy for the Digital Consulting practice   Preferred Qualifications:  - MBA/Masters in technology with 10+ years technology and/or consulting experience   - Demonstrated depth in Consulting on Digital technologies (including social, mobile, analytics and big data), ability to seamlessly blend technical know-how on Digital technologies and consulting skills, including tight project management capabilities   - Extensive knowledge in consultative selling, managing and delivering best of breed products and solutions   - Outsourcing advisory experience   - Consulting project delivery experience  - Ability to work in a multicultural environment  - Ability to work in an ambiguous and virtual environment
