Job Description for consolidation :
- Submission of Quarterly BPY reporting pack to UK.
- Reporting of BPY pack to U.S. under the IFRS applicability.
- Consolidation of accounts at group level of various offshore entities
- Inter-company elimination adjustments at consolidated level.
- Making consolidation level adjustments while consolidation of accounts like Equity pick up,inter-company balances elimination.
- Making adjustments in accounts while consolidation as per applicability.
- Administering the team in reporting work.
- Preparing monthly MIS
- Analysing General Ledgers
- Preparing cash flow statements.
- Dealing with Audit team (PWC and EY) on audit queries.
- Having good command over consolidation of accounts.
- Having good accounting knowledge.
