GeniusU - HR Head - Recruitment - IT/Technical Sector (6-12 yrs)
We are looking for recruiter with full cycle recruiting experience who can collaborate with our company needs and proactively identify our future hiring needs.
Responsibilities :
- Ownership of HR and Recruitment
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
- Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
- Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs
- Should have excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.
- Create and execute strategy for the recruitment year including all campus events and relationship activities
- Keep the team motivated for superior results.
Requirements :
- Overall 6-12 years of prior work experience.
- Involved in end to end recruitment cycle in IT/Technical Sector
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews and selection process - telephonic screening, reference checks etc.
- Must have good understanding of technology
- Has an eye for details, results driven and takes the accountability to meet expectations.
- Has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks and is a self-starter
