Job Description :
- Conduct awareness programs - Internal & External customers
- Analyze the market dynamics
- Involve and author the strategies
- Taking the Strategies to the Customer Facing Units and working towards the goal as a team
- Anchoring between the clients and project implementation team in fulfilling client needs as per proposal and agreements in time
- Mentoring the team
- Marketing Support Functions
- Support sales teams across the GLOBE
- Market research
- Visit the prospective Clients to understand their Requirements, Presentations and Discussions
- Account Management / Developing Vendors / Developing partners, Study and Prepare Strategy for finding new avenues for Revenue generation in various segments
- Organize Exhibitions, Seminars, Workshops etc.,
- Manage Marketing collaterals Knowledge base / promotional material
- Presales and RFP/RFI Processing / Response Management
- RFP/PQQ/ITT/RFI Receipts and analysis
- Attend Pre-Bid Meetings, Demos etc
- Propose client with appropriate services offerings and Mapping customer's processes for moving it to offshore or developing business processes for customers based on the project requirements.
- Preparation of Solution Proposals
- Capture Business/Software Requirements/Specifications
- Coordinate with different units for processing RFQ/RFI
- Maintain and update company's service/solution portfolio
- Manage Proposal
- GIS background is preferred
- Client and Service Offering Management
- Analyse customer's current product development/solution needs and doing a gap analysis
- Co-ordinate with the Customer and the Technical team to develop prototypes for proof-of-concept for the client and try ensuring the project for the Organization
- Co-ordinate with delivery operations for smooth completion of Projects
