General Project Management Role - ERP - IIT/IIM/NIT/BITS Pilani (9-12 yrs)
Basic Qualification:Engineering degree MUST (Management degree not mandatory)

Skills required :
- Project Planning, Schedule management, Risk evaluation, Change management, Customization management, Data migration handling, Team Management and resource allocation
- Functional skills :In depth knowledge on ERP. Birds eye view of all the processes - Finance, SCM, Maintenance etc.
- ERP implementation is must
- (PMP certification preferred)
Soft skills : Excellent communication skills, Prior experience in working with customers, External / client facing experience must ; Willingness to travel ;
