Primary purpose of the Job & major expected results :  - To assist Employee Relations head at the plant location by establishing and executing location level ER priorities in consultation with the various stakeholders to build organizational capability by providing support on various labor related issues and development of the employees.  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :   - Assist in implementation execute location level ER priorities in consultation with Site HR Head.  - Work closely with the ER head and other team members for project implementation.  - Establish and execute location level ER priorities in consultation with ER Head taking into consideration the external environment, location challenges, past reflection and organization goal  - Provide necessary information for wage negotiations, Bonus settlements, union elections and other critical items as and when they are due, managing industrial relations, analyzing and interpreting bargaining trends and issues.  - Contract workforce / Labor management  - Statutory Compliance of all employment law such as ESI,PF, Minimum wages,maternity benefit, Bonus Act & Submission of returns.  - Asst HR Team in Statutory and Non Statutory Welfare Programs.  - Initiate various disciplinary actions like show cause notice, Charge Sheet etc.  - Close working with the the plant on various IR \ HR issues.  - Management of Temporary Manpower.   - Monitoring & reporting of statutory compliance of PAN India level.
