A large conglomerate with diversified business interest is hiring for their water purification project. They are looking for someone who has been in the water purification industry (companies such as Kent, Thermax and Ion) and have managed the overall business and has dealt with the government sector.
Responsibilities would include:
Identification and building effective partnerships with rural distribution channels, rural retail networks and financing companies
Dealing with the ministry and government sector
Customizing the business process to meet rural expectation & build a viable & sustainable model
Process flow and implementation of strategies to market home filtering systems, solar home lighting systems in the rural
Internal/external cross functional networking to understand and replicate successful industry practices
Handling large scale rural activation.
Business models to supports local livelihood opportunities though sales & service
Channelizing internal service and logistic network to the villages
Partnerships with India post and other rural distribution networks for supply chain management
Designing training modules on selling skills, product knowledge & service, soft skills, communication
We are looking for candidates with 15+ years of experience only from water purification industry. MBA would be a plus.
