General Manager - Transition - Travel/Hospitality (13-16 yrs)
GM - Transition (Lead Consultant)
- Min 13 - 14 yrs of experience in Transition Mandatory
- Minimum of 3-4 years in Transition in Travel domain (or) Should have transitioned couple of large FTE (200 - 300 FTE's) projects in Travel Domain.
Successful management of large/multiple transitions of clients’ processes in the respective domain
- Owning and continuous improvement to the company Transition Methodology
- Thoroughness of Project Planning
- Thoroughness of Project tracking - Risk, Issue and Milestone management
- Identify areas for efficiency improvement, implementing the same
- Build close rapport with key client managers
- Strong focus on revenues - balance risks with speed of execution
- Handling prospect/ Client presentations
- Respond to RFI/ RFPs along with team
- Mentor junior members of Transitions team
