The current position is for their Healthcare business.  General Manager - Training / Quality and Transition  Location: Hyderabad   a. 12 + years of experience in healthcare RCM business  b. Currently heading the above roles  c. Certified Black belt Six Sigma  d. Handled large teams on the above minimum of 50 members overall  e. Transitioned a minimum of 5 projects - 150 people each covering all the following : Demographics / Coding / Charges / Payment posting and A/R  f. Handling Training and Quality end to end RCM practice including coding / billing ( demo / claims / Payment posting) and A/R  g. Must have experience in implementing and deploying an RCM product in-house  h. Should have spent a collective period of over 5 years in the US specific to transition  i. Should have a span across a minimum of 1/2 projects each - 150 people during transition  j. Must be a certified blackbelt Six Sigma  k. Preference to Medical educational qualifications  l. Preference given to a reputed full time masters US education  m. Communication must be excellent specific to the US environment  n. People Management skills excellent  o.
