Role : General Manager - Trade Laws and Trade Actions  Location : Mumbai  Qualification : CA/ICWA/Law Graduate  Experience : 12 - 15 years + experience in the relevant industry  Job Description :  - This position is responsible for providing support to the Trade Compliance Department for all classifications.   Duties and Responsibilities :  Expert in handling all matters related to WTO, Indian and International trade laws including :  - Trade remedial actions - Anti-dumping, Safeguard, CVD, Quantitative restrictions, and many more  - Management of Trade-actions for imports into India and for exports from India.  - Devise suitable mechanism for Trade Monitoring and Regulatory Mechanism for imports into India and Exports from India for pre-empting trade actions in advance.  - Tariff / Non-Tariff measures including TBT's / Subsidies & Incentives across various countries  - Bilateral / Multilateral / Regional trade & Investment agreements / FTA's  - Independently managing Representation and liasoining with ministries, departments and associations.  Minimum Requirements/Qualifications :  - Possess good knowledge of duties structure across the globe of our products.  - Should have Good Communication with foreign embassy abroad.   - Should be able to represent cases with US Department of commerce (DOC), Department of foreign trade (DFT), a company incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956,Indonesia (KADI).  - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in import and export.  - Must have classification and analytical skills  - Must have of knowledge of Anti-dumping and Countervailing Duties  - Must be a self-motivated and a team player  - Experience in developing work procedures and written instructions.  - Ability to read and interpret government regulations.  - Ability to interact with other departments and communicate at a higher level is critical
