Our client is a venture funded start-up serving the $6Bn Indian tea market. They are redefining how tea is consumed in a huge unorganized growing market - currently they are at 8 cafes in Delhi/NCR, we are providing tea on demand through their disposable kettles and have created their own blends of premium desi tea. They are looking to aggressively grow to 60 cafes across 4 cities within the next year.   Education : B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech  Responsibilities :   - Managing supply chain end to end, from sourcing, warehousing, logistics and storage  - Developing Operations excellence processes and SOP's around commissary, outsourcing and other part of supply chain  - Managing sourcing of tea and other raw materials from across India  - Procurement of all supplies for cafe, tea leaves and delivery business; development of international sourcing SOP's  - Equipment and process standardization to ensure excellence in operations  - Central production planning and execution of all food, beverage and dry products  Capabilities :   - Solid Operations Background and Mindset  - Worked with warehousing and logistics; cold chain logistics preferable  - Food and Beverage Industry Supply Chain Experience  - Sourcing and Procurement Experience, with international sourcing experience preferable  - Startup attitude is a must: quick execution and willingness to work crazy hours and 6 days a week
