General Manager - Strategy - New Initiative - Building Material

- A leader in its category, the company now has close to a dozen manufacturing plants, and an extensive dealer network of over 7000 dealers to cater to the needs of the Indian customers -faster and delight them!

- We are looking for YOU to spearhead the NEW INITIATIVES to take the organisation to the next level.

Reporting to the Whole Time Director, you will :

- Identify, evaluate and execute strategic transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships, and divestments.

- Develop high-level strategic plans to seize potential opportunities and avoid risk and negative disruptions.

- Lead research efforts and the necessary financial analysis and business modeling including extensive valuation and pro forma impact modeling, makes initial strategic and cultural fit comparisons.

- Involved in Fundraising with different bankers, financial institutions, investors etc.

- Responsible for acquisitions and enabling Inorganic growth for the company.
