- Understand inquiry and lead management and support conversion of the same into revenue

- Plan and Review every operational and sub operational area

- Drive business efficiency through optimization

- Plan and Manage Internet Bandwidth optimally

- Effective management of outsourced operations

- Training all the employees and driving customer sat levels
