The position is responsible for driving overall alliance strategy, leading the strategic engagement with travel technology partners and delivering the business objectives.  Essential Experience:  - 10 - 15 years of experience into alliance management. MUST have 4 to 5 years experience in International exposure.  - Demonstrated ability in managing in partner/alliances at highest levels  - Ability to think strategically about technology collaboration  - Strong technology development and marketing background in the IT/ Travel industry (preferably)  - Experience designing, driving sales and marketing programs  - Business planning and nalysis skills  Role Challenges:  - Multiple Locations, Multiple Customers, Multiple Geographies to lead  - Able to travel 50% of time  - Ability to co-create successfully both internal and external teams,handle multi-disciplinary disciplines-cross functional alignment to deliver to the customer  - High end Domestic & International Negotiation Capabilities  Personal Style Enablers:   - Ability to motivate and inspire teams  - Diligence in following through Operational Parameters  - Innovative and able to foresee market conditions  - Build and sustain relationships with key people in the Customer Environment  - Excellent writing and customer presentation skills  Primary Job Responsibilities:  - Build and Maintain Global alliances partnership with Industry Relationships   - Add value to IGT and to the Alliance Partner by delivering a well-managed, mutually beneficial Alliance business that drives long-term revenue and revenue performance.   - Set the charter, strategy, mission and targets for the overall Alliance with partner on a quarterly and yearly basis.   - Drive individual programs as part of overall strategy. Understand and incorporate competitive market dynamics which affect strategy  - Lead the overall joint-initiative with alliance partner. Build and nurture senior level relationships with alliance partner.   - Drive successful day-to-day operations of the program against set KPIs, including all required business reviews and partner meetings  - Prime content owner and presenter of the alliance message to customers when required   - Responsible for gathering and creating content for field enablement working closely with alliance pre-sales and marketing team  - Update and create relevant content in playbooks, internal/external websites, etc.  Education:   - A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering is desired. An advanced technical degree or an M.B.A preferred
