- To ensure desired volume through Direct Sales
- To set-up & expand distribution set-up in line with the annual business expectation via Direct Sales.
- Cultivate, nurture and train Relationship Mangers to manage the multiple distribution points.
- Establish, exercise & monitor any business risks arising in the channel.
- Contribution of Direct Sales in Value (Rs. Cr) and Volume achievement (Units) as per target month on month.
- To ensure the project meets its sales targets via Direct Sales.
- To identify direct sales based on existing synergistic lines of business.
- Plan & forecast business quantum from Direct Sales vis--vis support levels.
- Constantly empanel, train & monitor performance levels of Direct Sales.
- Head a key team of high caliber relationship managers.
Salary Offered : 15-20 LPA
