It is regarding job vacancy for GM Sales & Operations with leading Tour & Travel company based in Kuwait  Job Location - Kuwait  Position - GM Sales & Operations  Industry - Travel  Job Description :  - Handling operations & sales for the corporate accounts managing end-to-end via calls, emails and walk-in requests.  - Providing leisure travel services, hotels, holiday packages, visa assistance to walk-in clients and other all-round travel services  - Preparing monthly sales report and overlooking general administration of the company on a daily basis  - Managing tasks such reservations, ticketing, constructing fares for corporate & individual clients   - Utilizing in-depth knowledge of travel destinations, hotels & resorts & transportation companies for updating clients   - Rendering travel solutions & counselling clients through dedicated service & professional excellence   - Providing information about costs, routes and schedules from computer databases, promotional brochures and the internet   - Proficient in managing a wide range of travel operations including FIT Holidays reservations, ticketing, fare construction, paper work, visa formalities, Outbound, Domestic, MICE, FIT, Event management and Academy sales and operations, etc.   - Coordinating with airlines for reservations & updating/ collecting latest information on airline fares  - Providing the best travel requirements which delights customers, keeping in mind the travel policies   - Assisting clients in determining the itineraries/ travel plans and offering most competitive travel solutions; providing excellent services on customer contact channels on updated travel status and proactively taking action on service bottlenecks   - Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms; mentoring team members to ensure process efficiency and meeting individual & group targets
