General Manager - Sales - Consumer Durables (15-25 yrs)
Job Position : To lead Strategy formulation and execution for achieving growth & increasing in Width & Depth of Distribution for sustainable growth in Consumer Durable Business; and to enhance customer delight by introducing high quality yet value for money products.
- Design and formulation of Long / Mid/ Short Term Plan for consumer durable Business
- Preparing Business Plan /AOP for the Financial Year and ensuring its execution : Top Line, Bottom Line, Expenses, Manpower Plan, Marketing Plan, Market Expansion and Customer Experience
- Strategizing for market share increase by Competition Mapping and evolving actions for the same
- Go To Market- (GTM) planning for the consumer durable business
- End to end product mix w.r.t. innovation for creating products /features /technology /usp- s/distribution/ pricing strategy, pricing logic, price laddering, market trends & analysis /schemes and ROI.
- Identification of Franchisee partners/Distributors/Micro distributors/Alternative channels region wise, negotiations, active engagements & contract formation followed by active support in meeting established objectives.
- Monitoring & Execution of Product movement as per monthly sales plan and taking corrective actions to ensure sales as per plan & Ensuring Product availability for their respective territory
- Ensure distributor and retailer hygiene and adherence of sales policies & strategic goals
- Finance : Ensuring P&L of CD Business as per business plan & Budget
- Planning & Execution of Promotional Activities in sync with Marketing Team to drive walk in & sales
- Ensuring that monthly Stock inventory at each point as per Business requirement
- Service Management :Addressing all service related issues for the region for the products billed
- Credit Control of the channels and Monitoring over dues payment and minimizing the same
- Preparing Monthly sales planning, pricing, schemes and channel hygiene and pricing control among various channels
- Planning and execution for revenue generation through - Value added Schemes- and enhance customer experience
