Our client is looking for General Manager Sales:
Detailed Role Responsibilities:
- Ensures achievement of Region wise and Product wise targets defined for the Brazilian market
- Directs the implementation of opportunity planning processes and drives initiatives to maximize revenue generation in the market and leads sales management in the region developing region specific execution strategies.
- Builds strong channel/distributor relationships and devises tactics to maintain close relationships with distributors and customers in the country
- Ensures total customer satisfaction through the life cycle of all relationships in the market.
- Develops scalable sales processes and procedures for the market while constantly innovating ways to improve the sales processes ensuring quality Customer support and out reach services are implemented through out the region
- Ensures systems and processes are in place for collections through out the country and highlights in time delays to payments that may occur
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field
- 10 to 12 years of experience
- Established sales leadership record in the Brazilian market
- Working knowledge of Portuguese language is desirable
- Industry knowledge is desirable
- Entrepreneurial mind set
- Ability to travel in the territory up to 75% of the time.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative, suggest improvements to current systems, as well as establish new processes
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and should be highly adaptable
