An Indian - farm to fork- company!  - They have more than 500 warehouses across 15 states and assets worth Rs. 85 billion, storage capacity of more than 3.5 million metric tonne for a wide range of commodities. It has a team of more than 1,000 professionals working across the country.  - As GM - Retail, the primary responsibility would be jump start the Retail Business (both bulk and Key Accounts). Sales and distribution of the entire Retail portfolio (primarily pulses and spices) will be the major responsibility.  Other Responsibilities :  - Develop the strategy, business plans, budgeting and P & L for the Retail vertical aligned with vision and goals of the company.   - Manage Procurement, Quality, Trading, and Merchandise of commodities Retail and Bulk clients  - Manage Distribution Centre, Inventory, Quality and Quantity   - Create network of supply centers / suppliers and potential client / business group and participate in government tenders / non-government orders.  - Manage teams at every level and train them to get maximum efficiency in achieving business targets  Skills and Experience :  - Preferably agriculture graduate with masters in agri/business management   - Experience of 8-15 years in dealing in plant management, processing, commodities, fruits & vegetables trading and merchandise activity, including experience in Sales and Distribution.  - Start up and scale up experience will be a huge plus  Srishti
