Looking for Candidates who are currently in South Africa

Expertise in Process Excellence for F&A Domain; identify improvement projects which brings efficiency and effectiveness in the process

- Drive performance; advice and recommend performance measurement techniques, SLA tracking as per the predefined metrics and ensure SLA performance is achieved as per the agreed targets with the client

- Responsible for improving P&L for the account to meet the Margin commitment through process improvement initiatives like SU improvement, etc

- Responsible for ISO Certifications for the Account (responsible for Adherence and Norms)

- Drive projects / initiatives to achieve productivity committed to the client over the period of time;

- Change Management skills to tackle challenges faced during process go-live and stabilization period
