Manager will be responsible for managing/setting up multiple new outlet projects in cities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks :
The candidate will be responsible for the following in his/her job role :
- Shortlist best vendors/contractors to setup outlets in multiple cities
- Negotiate contracts with multiple vendors while minimizing costs and ensuring quality
- Define BoQs required for setting up a cafe
- Understand store design and services including electrical, plumbing, drainage, HVAC, Fire
Required Skill Set and Background :
Personality :
Essential :
- Meticulous Project Manager
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Experience and Academic Background :
Essential : Engineer or Architect from IIT/IIM
Salary Range: 15+ LPA
