Description

Reporting to the President, you will be responsible for the below:

- Leading the entire category of Sanitary ware & faucets range from a product management and commercial perspective

- Category Budgeting & Forecasting

- Strategic Planning & Business Intelligence

- Pricing policies & Bottom-line Management

- New Product Development from Inception to Commercialisation

- Managing life cycle of different product categories to maximise business effectiveness and retain highest value, on-trend products in the portfolio

- NPD Process establishment & implementation

- Product Positioning matrix, distribution and service plan

- Market Launch

- Product Training, content development & Technical support

- Strategies Market Development Programs

- Product Packaging

Profile

You will be a senior candidate from Sanitary ware industry ONLY and should be heading product management in your current organization. You MUST have a strong market knowledge and past sales experience.
