About our Client : Our client is one of the leading consumer durable company in India with a strong offline presence. They are considered to be an employer of choice within this space, and have been recognized for the level of services they offer. Currently they are looking to recruit an GM eCommerce for the business, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR.
Job Description : Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Develop, implement and maintain eCommerce strategy for the brand.
- Lead the prioritization of strategic initiatives related to capturing the hearts and minds of consumers while generating commercial volume.
- Partners with product development to explore product category expansion and adjacencies to drive online exclusive assortment development.
- Development of brand image, consumer engagement and emotional connections with brands through high-quality creative output.
- Lead and manage P&L for the eCommerce space.
The Successful Candidate :
- You will be an Computer Science Engineer or MBA from a premium B school with atleast 7 years of experience in product management within the eCommerce space with people management skills.
- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, customer experience, ability to recommend alternative technical and business approaches.
