Tracks & keeps commitments.  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Job description/Roles & Responsibilities :   - The primary responsibility of this position is to provide supply chain support to the organization, ensuring appropriate sourcing strategies are implemented to achieve synergy and cost control.   - The position is responsible for Position leadership, communication, and application of systematic and automated approach to procurement.   - This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer.  Objectives of Position :   As the procurement head is responsible for overall management of property & asset service so as to ensure delivery of standard, consistent, efficient & best in class services by the property management partners across the portfolio, which includes :  Set up and agree on :  - Scope of services with property management partners   - Defining requirements & expectations from each partner   - Performance measurement and evaluation of services   - Overall reporting processes (requirements, frequency, formats etc.)  Review, standardize and establish quality system documentation consisting of policies, processes and procedures for various functions of business operations, including the following :  - Risk Management  - Environment, Health & Safety  - Vendor relationships and communications  - Supply chain management  - Provide strategy and drive implementation of sourcing strategies and best practices   - Review and establish overall strategy for the procurement portfolio.
