General Manager - Presales - Healthcare Domain - BPO (12-20 yrs)
A large BPO client with 40000 employees is looking out for a General Manager Presales for US Healthcare projects.
Mandatory: US Healthcare experience
Role Profile
Create a targeted go to market plan for services to key accounts & guide the sales team
Create & manage collaterals, case studies, solution pitches, and brochure packs
Train BPO sales team & Impact Sales team in these services
Recommend target accounts in based on appropriate research, secondary market intelligence and connect
Create solution differentiation, key value propositions, and base line KPIs
Participate in events & author white papers
Responsible for the identifying & developing New Business Partners
Work with sales on building opportunity pipeline, sales leads and improving lead to closure ratio
Desired Profile
US Healthcare experience mandatory
Industry preference: BPO/ Consulting
Industry Understanding, Expert in developing capability, Industry benchmarking, Talk to clients, Doctor/Pharma preferred but not mandatory. Provider side.
5+ yrs in Healthcare, in Ops/Solutions/BE, Analyst
Excellent communication and articulation skills, SME, Client knowledge, ease in understanding and translating client requirements.
Strong and in-depth knowledge in Healthcare, Proactive in identifying gaps in the process and work on fixing these opportunities.
