- Responsible for the operation of Continuous polymerization plant independently.Accountable for highest production, prime grade quality, zero waste,zero downtime,plant safety, reduction in raw material and fuel consumption etc.

- B.Tech in Chemical / Polymer Science , with minimum experience of 15 years in a Continuous Polymerization plant

- Should have managed large polymer plants, and exposure to a plant where DCS, PLC etc are used. Should have good communication skills .
