General Manager/Plant Head - FMCG/Manufacturing

- Planning, meeting daily/weekly/monthly with available resources to meet production demand with all departments.

Responsible for following activities in New Product Development :

- Manufacturing - formulation approval, line section.

- Packing material sourcing and supply

- Shift/Manpower planning

- As per quality system and policy laid out by company

- Manpower planning - availability as per Production Target

- Execution of derived plan and incorporation urgent market needs for production targets and guiding plant production & packing team to ensure achievements of Production targets within specified quality, cost and time parameters.

- Monitoring of Plant Level Raw Material variance, packing material variance, and yield improvement.

- Setting up and managing production operations with a view to achieve business objectives and ensure top line and and bottom line profitability.

- Develop and oversee budgets, plans and programs to ensure the optimum utilization.

- Involved in budgeting and other cost analysis functions. Monitoring project costs and reporting on expenses and outstanding requirements for monthly financial reviews

- Material planning - RM, PM and consumables as per Production Target.

- Responsible for monitoring of man, material, machine & method in the production area to meet production target & ensure the quality of the product is as per the requirement.

- Production execution and supplying requisite quantities of various SKU are as per PLANNING, ensuring adherence to quality production, yield & wastage norms.

- Resource mobilization & completion of target.

- Capacity Planning

- Maintenance scheduling

- Ability to provide support to all departments.

- Job allocation, target setting, motivation, team building, decision making on production related issues, and maintain discipline and morale, providing competence development & contribution and work system improvement & development initiatives.

- Shop floor maintenance, Co-ordination with other internal dept. HR- for manpower planning, training, job position proposals, Engg- preventive maintenance, Accounts- monthly production, yield & wastage, Stores- timely procurement of RM/PM., Purchase- for purchase of RM/PM.

- Review & updating of all Production related documents (Specifications, SOPs, and Recipes etc.)

- Manpower management & compliance with the production target

- Coordinate Wastage Reduction & Yield Enhancement

- To oversee the all Function of the Keshwana including Purchase, Production

- Responsible Implementation and Certification of ISO, 14000, 22000 and OHSAS, TPM, Operation Excellence and other system and processes in the company.

- To ensure Quality improvements

- To focus in optimization of resources, ensure safety compliance and certifications.

- To ensure no man hours lost/production loss due to unrest.

- Ensure IR and HR maintained.

- Establish, Implement and monitor Job targets of all functions to ensure KRA/KPI's are being achieved.

- Ensure a culture of excellence in established and maintained with standards better than any class world.

- Safety, Health and environment in improving the safety standards.
