Role - GM (P&L Head) - B2B E-commerce
The incumbent of this role will lead the expansion of B2B marketplace/E-commerce business of a TOP IT Enterprise Solutions company.
GM will be responsible to:
1. Strategize the business model & expansion plans of the same
2. Own the P&L of the business
3. Lead onboarding the B2B services & products vendors
4. Strategize and execute the payment, commission etc. models of the vendors
5. Strategize and set up customer service & operations divisions
6. Build strong vendor management, customer service, operations teams
7. Develop & build strategic partnerships & alliances
Looking for a person:
1. MBA from a reputed B-School
2. 10+ years of exp. with at least 4-5 years of exp. in leadership role of building businesses/functions from scratch
3. Must have B2B marketplace exposure/experience
4. Must be energetic & have strong interpersonal skills to manage large teams
5. Must have strong strategic & financial planning skills
