The General Manager- Partnerships & Resource Mobilization to lead and execute all the fundraising activities for the foundation through leveraging strategic partnerships and mobilizing resources while working closely with Director - Communication, Partnership & Resource Mobilization and General Manager - Communications.  The role will entail and not be restricted to the following responsibilities :  Strategy :  - Develop and implement strategy and operational plan for resource mobilization/fundraising in collaboration with the Director   Partnerships & Resource Mobilization :  - Responsible and accountable for fundraising through setting and meeting annual and multi-year fund raising targets and building a corpus for long term sustainability of the foundation   - Build new strategic partnerships while nurturing existing ones for generating more funds for the foundation  - Maintain database and track status of pending and secured grants  - Ensure that KSCF achieves the agreed ROI from fundraising initiatives, and improve the ROI ratio better, year-by-year  - Identify and implement innovative ways of raising funds for the foundation   Education : Advance degree (MBA/PGDM) in relevant discipline from institute/university of repute preferably in marketing, public relations or communications   Experience : Minimum 12 years- experience with track record of successful fundraising, including achieving ambitious targets and securing large grants
