General Manager - US/UK Residential Mortgage  We have an opening with one of the leading BPS Company for Senior Level  Level : Band 8 and Band 9  Looking for candidate whose CTC is currently Above Rs. 25.00 LPA  Roles & Responsibility :  - Handle the complete operations for Us/UK Residential Mortgage.  - Experiences of handling 400 to 500 people of teams  - End to end mortgage fulfillment experience  - End to end mortgage Underwriting experience  - End to end experience into Origination, Documents collecting, Foreclosure, Processing, Underwriting,   - End to end strong knowledge into RESPA Disclosures, TILA Disclosure, Credit Reporting, Servicing & Collections, Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI), Real Estate Contracts and Land Contracts.  - Excellent knowledge of mortgage compliance  - Communicating with clients on day-to-day basis for tactical items using appropriate mode of communication  - Maintain a working knowledge of all current mortgage origination's industry guidelines, federal and state lending laws and have the ability to interpret credit policy and investor guidelines  - Manage the daily operations associated with the origination's and fulfillment of residential mortgage loans  - Develop performance metrics for each position within area of responsibility and lead staff toward exceeding stated business objectives  - Develop monitoring and reporting capability to effectively track the performance of each functional area  - Utilize decision and reporting tools to minimize variability, improve quality and maximize profitability of the business  - Review loan file for compliance with clients policies and procedures and handle escalations  - Interact effectively with senior management, other departments and customers  Kindly forward your updated resume along with the following details :  Current CTC:  Your expected CTC:  Notice period in your current company:  Current company name:  Current Designation:  Total years of work experience:  Pan Card No. :  Date of Birth:  How many project done in Black Belt:  Preferred Location :  Sowjanya M: +91 8867488825
