Experience : 10-17 yrs
Responsibility :
- Process improvement/ re-engineering
- Ensuring adherence to quality standards through the implementation of various tools viz. Lean Manufacturing, 5-S, & Kaizen, TQM, TPM, etc./ strategic utilization of resources /Improvement in factory P&L
- Leading teams in executing core production functions entailing planning, estimating future needs, control / scheduling / timely dispatches & on time delivery activities
- Ensuring culture of sustained continuous improvement, exploring system constraints and focusing on eliminating waste in all systems and process through innovation
- Extensive experience in overseeing the operations encompassing product design & planning, new product development, material sourcing and supply chain operations
- Establishing new set ups/projects, integrating existing plants thereby bringing profitability to the company; implementing management systems/ Business Excellency Module in the organisation & ensuring adherence to process polices, by interfacing with other departmental heads
- Adhering to Best Practices, implementing departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output to enhance quality at all stages and improved customer satisfaction.
