They are looking to hire a General Manager who will lead operations for the business and manage the entire workflow for operations.

The incumbent will report into Business Head and the position is based out of Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinating between Play out, traffic, scheduling, billing, sales, programming, production and technical team.

- Creates documents for architecture and design, technical requirements and service specifications.

- Presents and defends architecture, design,and technical choices to internal stakeholders.

- Demonstrates technical leadership and mentoring of others on the application of new technologies and system development methodologies.

- Manages department's performance, budget responsibilities, development of staff, resource planning and goal setting.

- Develops requirements to be used by the vendor community to develop solutions to meet Company application needs.

- Evaluates various architectural solutions and implementations.

- Identifies trends, services and/or capabilities that may be beneficial to various product offerings.

- Keeps current with technology developments in the industry.

- Establishes and maintains productive relationships with peer organizations and also equipment and software vendors.

An Ideal Candidate :

- Media Professional with functional knowledge of Scheduling, Traffic, Billing

- Atleast 5 years of relevant broadcast operations experience.

- Excellent communications skills
